Palmer Barrels Twice; Sell Busts

Derek Palmer opened to 2,500 and got three callers. He bet 5,000 on the 
flop after the blinds checked. One player folded, and both blinds called. On the 
turn, the blinds checked again and Palmer bet 15,100. Only Arlie Brandvold, the big blind, came along. Both players checked the 
river, and Palmer seemed distressed that he didn't pull the trigger a third time when he was shown 
for a counterfeited two pair, which he couldn't beat.
Former Mid-States Poker Tour champ Jason Sell busted out at a different table.
