Breyfogle Triples Up Early

Level 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

We found Todd Breyfogle dragging an all-in pot with three players having cards face-up on a {4-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{j-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} board. Breyfogle had flopped bottom two pair with {8-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and managed to fold up against Adam Dahlin's {a-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and another player's {q-Hearts}{9-Hearts}. As Judd Greenagel told it, seven players saw the flop for 550 apiece, with Dahlin calling a bet on the flop, Breyfogle shoving, and Dahlin and the third player getting it all in.

Dahlin busted out on the rough river card, giving the side pot to the lower flush draw, while Breyfogle tripled his short stack. Dahlin reentered.

Players are on break for 10 minutes.

Morgan Doubles

Level 4 : 100/200, 25 ante
John Morgan
John Morgan

Minnesota business magnate John Morgan just doubled up after three streets of aggression, first raising the big blind's 1,050 bet to 2,200 on a {9-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} flop. The turn brought a {3-Clubs}, and the big blind came out betting again with 2,000. Morgan made it 4,000, and his opponent called. The player bet again with 5,000 on the {a-Hearts} river, and Morgan shoved for 7,450. The big blind called with {a-Spades}{q-Spades}, but Morgan had the two pair beat with {q-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for a flush.

Vang's River Raise Wins

Level 4 : 100/200, 25 ante

A player in early position check-called 1,100 from Kou Vang on a {9-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{q-Spades} flop, and he check-called another 1,875 on the {6-Clubs} turn. Vang's opponent came out betting with 2,000 on the {10-Spades} river, and Vang raised to 5,100. His opponent quickly folded.

Vang, a Minnesota native, comes in hot after winning a tournament in Minnesota last weekend for about $41,000. He already had more than $700,000 in winnings going into that event.
