Day 1a of Mid-States Poker Tour Potawatomi saw a solid 246 turn out for what's traditionally been one of the premier stops in terms of numbers on the tour. David To bagged up 515,000 and is the man to catch for Day 1b runners, who should be taking their seats soon for the second of two flights of the $1,100 reentry tournament, which begins at 4 p.m. local time here in Milwaukee.
Jonathan Dimatteo, Nick Kost, "DQ" Dan Hendrickson, Ravi Raghavan, Mark Kroon, last year's champ Jason Mirza, and MSPT Team Pros Blake Bohn, Matt Alexander, and Matt Kirby are among those who took shots in Day 1a and failed, so we expect to see them back on the felt for Day 1b.
