Wilken Triples with Cowboys

Level 12 : 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante

Nick Wilken open-jammed under the gun for 23,000, both Justin Barnum and David Gonia called from the blinds.

The {a-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} board was checked to showdown.

Wilken quickly rolled over {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} for aces and kings which was good enough to scoop the pot as Barnum mucked {7-}{7-} and Gonia held {k-}{q-}.

Keller Eliminated by MSPT Hall of Famer Johnson

Level 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante
Aaron Johnson
Aaron Johnson

Action on the table quickly folded Chad Keller who raised all in for 58,000 from the small blind and MSPT Hall of Famer Aaron Johnson called off his 57,000 stack from the big blind.

Aaron Johnson: {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Chad Keller: {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

Johnson held the better hand and didn't mind the {2-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop that gave him the nut flush draw.

The {6-Diamonds} turn didn't change a thing but the {a-Diamonds} river paired Johnson and secured his double-up.

Keller was left with just 1,000 and got his remaining chip in the middle the very next hand holding {k-}{8-} and was called by Johnson holding {4-}{4-}.

Johnson left Keller drawing slim after flopping a set of fours, but Keller turned the a flush draw to keep his tournament hopes alive.

Unfortunately for Keller, he was unable to complete his flush on the river and took his exit from the tournament field.

Lagos Taks from Sailor

Level 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante
Nicholas Lagos
Nicholas Lagos

Brad Sailor raised from the hijack and Nicholas Lagos called from the small blind to see a {9-Spades}{8-Clubs}{10-Spades} flop.

Lagos led out for 13,000 and Sailor called bringing the {6-Diamonds} turn. Lagos continued with is aggression and fired out a 30,000 bet.

The bet sent Sailor into the tank as it was for half of his stack and after some careful consideration, he mucked his hand giving Lagos the pot.
