Holtz Shoves on Chirva, Hengsakul Adds to His Stack

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Michael Holtz opened to 12,000 on the button and Maksim Chriva defended from the big blind. The flop came {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{3-Clubs} and both players checked to the {6-Diamonds} on the turn.

Chirva led out with a bet of 15,000 and Holtz jammed all in, putting Chirva to the test for his remaining 70,000 chips. After a minute, Chirva opted to let his hand go and Holtz collected the pot.

Just a couple of hands later, Peter Hengsakul got involved in a four-bet pot with all of the chips going in the middle preflop. Hengsakul had his opponent at risk for around 80,000 but needed to get lucky.

Hengsakul showed {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs} and was up against the {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} of his opponent. The board ran out {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{10-Spades} and Hengsakul's ace on the flop was enough to eliminate his opponent.
