Bardah Done Nasty

Level 13 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Ronnie Bardah has a lot of descriptions — World Series of Poker gold bracelet winner, Ivey Poker pro, and PPC Aruba ambassador — but he won't be adding PPC Aruba World Championship champion to that list. He was just eliminated by Andy Seth.

From middle position, Seth opened with a raise to 3,600. Bardah moved all in for 19,400 from the hijack seat, and action folded back to Seth. He thought for a tiny bit, then said, "I don't think I'm folding." He then thought for a little bit more.

"This would be such a nitty fold," said Seth, and then he tossed in the chips to make the call before showing the {K-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}.

"I knew you had that hand once you started talking!" exclaimed Bardah, pointing over to Seth's cards. Bardah showed the {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} for a dominating position to double up.

The flop was a dirty one, though, or should we say "nasty" due to Bardah's nickname of "RoNasty." It came {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{10-Spades} to deliver Seth with a Broadway straight. The turn was the {5-Diamonds} and the river the {A-Hearts}. Bardah was eliminated while Seth climbed to 173,000 in chips.
