Level 18 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Adam Kharman
Adam Kharman

Adam Kharman jammed for the last 170,000 in the cutoff and Richard Davis made the call out of the big blind.

Adam Kharman: {a-Clubs}{10-Spades}
Richard Davis: {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}

The first card to appear was the {9-Diamonds} followed by the {j-Spades}{4-Hearts} and Kharman was left in desperate shape. He picked up some outs on the {8-Hearts} turn, but the {10-Clubs} river wasn' what he was looking for. Kharman was sent to the rail in 34th place and takes home A$7,291 for his efforts.

Zhang Takes From Vakili

Level 18 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Haoran Zhang
Haoran Zhang

Haoran Zhang made it 26,000 to go from the hijack and Sam Vakili on the button three-bet to 52,000, which Zhang called. On a {k-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} flop, Zhang check-called a continuation bet and also checked the {q-Clubs} on the turn.

Vakili now made it 76,000 to go and Zhang raised it up to 220,000. That ended up doing the trick as Vakili conceded the pot.

Marc Seymour
Marc Seymour

Marc Seymour moved all in for 193,000 and Richard Seymour asked for a count, then tossed in a single chip for the call from the button. The blinds got out of the way and the cards were turned over.

Marc Seymour: {k-Hearts}{j-Clubs}
Richard Davis: {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

The {a-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop gave Davis a pair of aces and it was all over for Seymour on the {5-Diamonds} turn, which made the {a-Hearts} on the river a formality. For his 33rd place finish, Seymour will collect A$8,198 for his efforts.

Dramatic Elimination for Chamas

Level 18 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Hussein Chamas
Hussein Chamas

Hussein Chamas raised to 30,000 from the cutoff and Tu Le three-bet to 85,000 on the button. Corey Kempson called in the big blind and so did Chamas.

The flop came {j-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}, Kempson and Chamas checked. Le fired out a bet of 120,000 for Kempson to fold. Chamas took some time and then decided to shove for around 275,000. Le snap-called.

Hussein Chamas: {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}
Tu Le: {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}

Le had flopped top two pair and Chamas held a draw to a Broadway.

Chamas got up from his chair to see the {10-Spades} fall on the turn to give him the Broadway indeed while everyone at the table and the rail gasped.

The river completed the board with the {j-Clubs} to now give Le a full house while everyone looked on with shock for Chamas to make his way out of the tournament area in 32nd place for A$8,198.

Dykes Three-Bets Zhang and Kehoe

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

First to act, Yisi Zhang opened to 35,000 and he was called by Dylan Kehoe on the button. Peter Dykes in the small blind gave it some consideration and then three-bet to 155,000. That sent Zhang into the think tank and he released his cards into the muck, as did Kehoe.

Dykes offered to pick one card and Kehoe revealed the {q-Clubs}.
