A handful of players have been eliminated during the first half of Level 13 including Unibet Poker pro Quentin Lecomte. Lecomte was hoping for a good run today to put him in position to win his second Unibet Open Main Event, after winning one in his home country taking home the Main Event in Cannes for €100,000.
Lecomte's last hand of the day began when Damien Le Goff raised from the hi-jack with and Lecomte shoved all-in for 70,000 chips with . While the board paired Lecomte's queen, he was eliminated due to the board also pairing Le Goff's king.

The other Lithuanian left in the field, Liutauras Armanavicius, has been gaining ground albeit slower than his countrymate Edgaras Kisielius.
Armanavicius shared during the break that he has been mostly involved in small pots outside of one hand which began with the player in the cut-off raising the action before calling from the button. Both players in the blinds opted to fold sending the hand heads-up to the flop.
Flop:
Action was slow on the flop with Armanavicious betting after his opponent opting to check the action. Both players checked when the appeared on the turn. A potential flush draw completed on the river when the appeared. Armanavicious' opponent bet, and the Lithuanian opted to call with . He shipped a pot of around 56,000 chips when his opponent was out-kicked with .
On the break we caught up with Lithuania's Edgaras Kisielius. Kisielius was one of the chip leaders in Day 1a, and has been able to parlay this into a much bigger stack during the first two blind levels of Day 2.
He now has a stack of 532,000 chips and he shared that the biggest hands included pocket-kings holding against pocket-queens, jack-ten suited cracking aces with most of the betting taking place on the flop when the Lithuania flopped two pair, and an opponent bluffing into his flush.
Twins Erik & Alexander Koops both entered the day with six-digit stacks. Erik will have to do his best to get a win for the family, as Alexander was among the latest batch of eliminations before break exiting the tournament in 88th place.

We have now reached the first 15 minute break of the day. The day began with 120 players remaining. We are now down to 80 players, meaning one third of the Day 2 field has been eliminated.
Antoine Saout likely had the most career live tournament cashes of any player to enter the field with $4.4 million. The French poker player's claim to fame came in 2009 when he finished in third place in the World Series of Poker Main Event for almost $3.5 million.
Saout will not be adding to his career cash total today as he fell short of the bubble finishing the tournament in 90th place.

United Kingdom's John Kagame was dominating the field for a good part of Day 1b. By the end of yesterday, his stack was on the higher-end of the middle of the pack. Early today he was eliminated in 94th place, 40 spots shy of the money.
