Another Three Down the Drain

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Olli Roos was eliminated by Anatoli Halca while Tudor Bartha Lazar took a small hit with {A-Spades}{7-Spades} versus {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}, as short stack Vlad Cojocariu doubled thanks to a baord of {J-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}.

Eric Wasylenko had fellow Canadian Jean-Serge Baril on the brink of elimination when the latter three-bet shoved for 45,000 with {K-Clubs}{6-Clubs}. Wasylenko turned over {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts} and the board of {J-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{7-Hearts} gave Baril a full house.

Cristian Tardea doubled to 55,000 with {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds} when holding up against the {J-Spades}{J-Clubs} of Bojan Zidar on the board of {A-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{10-Clubs}{5-Spades}.

Lappin's Kings Get Cracked

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante
David Lappin
David Lappin

There is no reason to smile unfortunately, as David Lappin has just been eliminated in cruel fashion. Yasen Dichev had raised and Lappin three-bet small to 13,500 on the button. Vladut Paun called in then small blind and Dichev four-bet to around 35,000. Lappin moved all in to force a fold from Paun, while Dichev called with the far superior stack.

David Lappin: {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}
Yasen Dichev: {J-Spades}{J-Clubs}

The board came {9-Spades}{7-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{5-Spades} and the jack on the turn spelled the end for Lappin before the money.

Zawadka Departs; Jadav Takes a Hit

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Several other players including Age Spets were sent to the rail. Mikolaj Zawadka was all in and at risk preflop with {K-Clubs}{10-Clubs} and Dor Lan called with the {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}, the board of {A-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades}{K-Hearts} left the Pole drawing dead on the turn.

Silviu Baltateanu bumped his stack with a big raise and Eric Wasylenko rivered two pair with {9-Clubs}{3-Spades} to get value off Andreas Steiner, who paid 15,000 and mucked.

Last but not least, Vinod Jadav raised to 8,000 on the button and reluctantly called the shove of short stack Remi Gallot for 38,500 in the big blind. Jadav flipped over {A-Spades}{9-Diamonds} and Gallot was at risk with {K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}. The board came {9-Spades}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades}{6-Spades}{K-Hearts} and Gallot spiked an off suit king on the river to stay in contention.

No Money for von Zweigbergk

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante
Martin von Zweigbergk
Martin von Zweigbergk

Martin von Zweigbergk lost some chips when he got caught bluffing and soon after invested half of his stack preflop before shoving the {K-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{5-Hearts} flop. Razvan Cetanas called with the {J-Spades}{J-Clubs} and von Zweigbergk turned over {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}. The {5-Clubs} turn and {10-Clubs} river were blanks and the Finn was out.

"Why not all in preflop?" Cetanas asked and von Zweigbergk shrugged and said "because I had a draw."

Bollmann and Arnautu Bust

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Catalin Luca was all in for just 28,500 after a raise to 6,500 by Jorma Vuoksenmaa and the latter called with the {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs}. Luca was at risk with {K-Hearts}{J-Hearts} and got there on the board {K-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{5-Spades}{J-Spades}.

Arne Bollmann's shove with {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs} saw Teun Herman reshove with {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} to isolate successfully and the board of {K-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{9-Spades}{7-Spades}{K-Spades} gave Herman a full house.

Last but not least, Alexandru Arnautu was left short after running into pocket aces and bowed out soon after.

Aces Galore Everywhere

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Rico Leestemaker got his short stack in with the {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts} and Stefan Gheorghe called with {Q-Spades}{9-Spades}, the board came {J-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}.

Georgios-Angelos Tavoularis sent David Stonehouse to the rail when the Brit raised and four-bet all in from the cutoff with {Q-Spades}{Q-Hearts} only to see Tavoularis turn over {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}. There was no help on the board {J-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and Stonehouse exited.

Nikolay Ivanov also ran into aces, though he almost cracked them with {J-Hearts}{J-Clubs}. His opponent was Christopher Heidelbacher with {A-Spades}{A-Clubs} and the board came {A-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}.

Johan Goslings was at risk with {K-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} and Anton Markov looked him up with the {A-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}. Goslings found no help and an ace on the river sent the Dutchman to ther rail.

Tom Vogelsang
Tom Vogelsang

Tom Vogelsang raised from under the gun and Ionut Mihaila in the big blind three-bet before calling Vogelsang's four-bet to 40,000. On the {4-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop, Mihaila check-raised for most of his stack and called it off when Vogelsang moved all in.

Ionut Mihaila: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Tom Vogelsang: {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}

The board completed with the {9-Spades} turn and {4-Diamonds} river, and Vogelsang jumped into the top spot.

Alexander Ioan: {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}

The flop brought a flush draw for Serban with the {6-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}, but the {10-Spades} turn and {7-Clubs} river both bricked off.
