Vandanapu Hits Trips

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Vamshi Vandanapu raised to 55,000 from middle position and saw Andrew Christoforou defend his big blind.

The flop fell {a-Clubs}{9-Spades}{5-Diamonds} and Christoforou check-called a c-bet from Vandanapu.

The turn was the {5-Spades} and Christoforou once again check-called a bet from Vandanapu, this time for 85,000.

Christoforou checked for the third and final time after the river revealed the {j-Hearts}, and Vandanapu bet 105,000.

Christoforou thought for 30 seconds but ultimately called.

Vandanapu tabled {8-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} for trips, and Christoforou mucked.

Kamber Doubles

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Mor Kamber
Mor Kamber

Vamshi Vandanapu raised from the hijack and saw Mor Kamber reshove for 410,000 from the cutoff. The action folded back around to Vandanapu, and he called.

Kamber: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Vandanapu: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}

Board: {5-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{3-Clubs}{q-Spades}

Kamber was once again all in and in a flip. She kept her advantage on the flop, but Vandanapu increased his outs after picking up the nut flush draw.

But the turn and river cards were no help for Vandanapu, and Kamber was shocked that she had survived.

Kamber's fantastic run from 75,000 early on in Day 3 continues, and she is now sat with 875,000.

Gordon Plomp

Gordon Plomp moved all in for 400,000 from under the gun, and after Yiqian Song tank folded from the cutoff, Jakob Linden snap-called from the big blind.

Plomp: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Linden: {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

Board: {2-Spades}{10-Spades}{8-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

It was the most classic of races and Plomp needed to hit to survive. But the board fell in Linden's favor, and he celebrated after the river card fell and secured him the pot.

Plomp departed in 14th place for £5,000, and Linden moved up to 1.1m.

Ryan Kelly was all in for 300,000 and saw Yiqian Song call.

Kelly: {a-Clubs}{5-Clubs}
Song: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}

Board: {j-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{q-Spades}{5-Diamonds}

Kelly saw Song take on the lead on the turn when the queen hit, and there was no miracle river for Kelly.

However, Kelly can't be dismayed by his performance, having survived on the money bubble when his ace-queen ran into ace-king, but a straight on the board produced a chop pot.

Kelly takes away £5,000 as Song moves up to 900,000.

Amazing Comeback from Kamber

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Mor Kamber
Mor Kamber

Mor Kamber has just performed a fantastic comeback from 15,000 to 350,000.

After an awful start to the day that saw Kamber reduced from 430,000 to 15,000, she battled back to 75,000.

Kamber then moved all in from under the gun and saw Gordon Plomp call from the small blind.

Kamber flipped over {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades} and held against Plomp's {a-Hearts}{q-Spades} to pull in the 170,000 pot.

In the very next hand, the action folded around to Jamie Rutherford in the small blind and his all in for 375,000 was snap-called by Kamber.

Kamber had a shocked look on her face, and with good reason, after she turned over back-to-back pocket aces.

Rutherford held {j-Hearts}{9-Hearts}, and when the board fell {5-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{7-Spades}{5-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}, Kamber held to secure a 360,000 pot and a potential comeback.
