Registration is Closed for Day 1a
The dinner break has just concluded, and the remaining 48 players are back at the felt for the start of Level 7. That also means registration is now closed on Day 1a of the Main Event, so the final total for Day 1a was 83.
Play continues for another four levels before they bag up for the night. There's one more 20 minute break between Level 8 and 9, and the day is scheduled to end around midnight tonight.
Meanwhile, across the room the NLH Turbo is still playing down to a winner, with 13 of the original 55 entries still in play. Seven players will share in the €8,250 prize pool with €2,790 up top for first place. Alongside the NLH Turbo, another satellite for the Main Event has just entered Level 2 and there are currently 38 total entries with 37 players sitting with chips in front of them.
