Moser Takes a Solid Chunk Off Longhe

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Alexis Longhe three-bet to 4,000 and then called a four-bet to 15,000 by Andreas Moser. On the {k-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{7-Spades} flop, Moser continued for 11,000 and Longhe stuck around. The {k-Spades} turn and {6-Clubs} river were checked behind by Longhe, who then sighed a "nice" upon being shown the {a-Spades}{k-Hearts} by Moser.

"You took a lot of chips from me ..." the Belgian insisted and Moser nodded.

Jenkins Eliminated by Kovacs

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Justin Herboldt raised to 1,300 and Robin Valting just called. Szabolcs Kovacs jammed the button for 15,600 and Andrew Jenkins called all-in from the small blind with a very short stack. The big blind folded, as did Herboldt and Valting with the latter claiming he let go of ace-king.

Szabolcs Kovacs: {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}
Andrew Jenkins: {q-Spades}{9-Spades}

The pocket pair prevailed on the {k-Spades}{7-Spades}{4-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{8-Clubs} board and Valting patted himself on the back.

Walshe Makes the Right Fold

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Heads-up to the {j-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop, Kevin Walshe check-called a bet worth 3,700 by Robin Valting and the {q-Diamonds} appeared on the turn. Walshe checked again and Valting now bet 5,000.

"You got something good?" Walshe inquired and Valting replied "I think so," which sent the Irishman into a muzzle. "Now you really got me worried" he added while Valting joked "well I don't really know the rules of the game".

The Swede then offered to show the cards if Walshe would fold and that's exactly what happened, as he exposed the {q-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} for two pair before raking in the pot.

"I had a worse hand but was ahead preflop," Walshe added to which another player replied "that doesn't count".

Espensen Cracks Aces to Bust Eriksson

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

After a checked through flop of {j-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}, things escalated on the {8-Clubs} turn when the chips went in between David Eriksson and Ronnie Espensen with the former at risk.

David Eriksson: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}
Ronnie Espensen: {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}

The {3-Spades} river were a brick and that spelled the end for Eriksson.

"We were both slow playing on the flop," Espensen admitted after he added the chips of the Swede to his growing tower.

Keenan Hits the Wrong Frame

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Chips and Cards
Chips and Cards

Kevin Frame raised to 1,800 and Gerard Keenan then three-bet to 4,500 from one seat over. The four-bet shove by Frame followed and Keenan beat him into the pot for a very specific reason.

Gerard Keenan: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}
Kevin Frame: {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}

The {k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} board improved Frame to a set of jacks and the stacks were counted, after which Keenan was covered by a few big blinds only.
