Winter Shoves on Peters

Level 3 : 500/1,500, 1,500 ante

Seth Davies raised to 3,500 from the cutoff and was three-bet to 13,500 by David Peters in the small blind. Sean Winter flatted from the big blind and Davies called to go three ways to the flop.

The flop came {a-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and Peters led out for 14,000. Winter called and Davies got out of the way. The turn brought the {7-Hearts} and Peters fired another 30,000. Winter announced all in for around 130,000. Peters thought for a moment but then slid his cards to the muck.

Katz Coolers Holst

Level 3 : 500/1,500, 1,500 ante

Cary Katz raised to 4,000 from under the gun and Rainer Kempe three-bet to 17,000 on the button. Kristina Holst was in the big blind and bumped it up to 40,000. With the action back on Katz, he five-bet shoved all in for just under 100,000. Kempe thought for his 30 seconds but elected to fold. Holst, on the other hand, had too much committed already and made the call.

Cary Katz: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
Kristina Holst: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}

Holst was left drawing to the two remaining queens in the deck. The board ran out {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} and the pocket kings of Katz held on to win the pot. After the stacks were counted, Holst was barely covered and headed to the rail.

Pollak Spins It Up Early

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

Benjamin Pollak barely had time to feel out his table after taking a seat to Jake Schindler's left. The two players collided in a big pot already and the friendly banter ensued.

With around 30,000 in the pot, the full board read {k-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{q-Hearts}{q-Clubs} and Jake Schindler made a bet of 50,000 from the big blind. Pollak shipped all in for 79,500 and Schindler was put in a predicament. It was less than 30,000 more to call, but it was hard to believe Pollak was bluffing in this spot.

"Maybe it's a bluff," Pollak said with a grin on his face.

"No. I don't think so," Schindler replied.

After going through two of his time extensions, Schindler finally made up his mind. "You want it?" he asked. "Here, take the money," he said as he splashed in the chips.

Pollak tabled {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} for a full house and Schindler quickly disposed of his cards.

Imsirovic Four-Bets from the Big Blind

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

Kristina Holst raised to 3,000 from the cutoff and Cary Katz three-bet to 8,000 on the button. Ben Yu flat-called from the small blind and Almedin Imsirovic four-bet to 22,000 out of the big blind. Holst and Katz quickly released their hands while Yu stuck around to see the flop.

The flop fell {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and Yu checked to Imsirovic who continued for 15,000. After a brief moment of thought, Yu tossed his cards to the muck, sending the pot to Imsirovic.

Linde Turns the Tide on Perry

Level 1 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Sean Perry opened from under the gun and was called by Dylan Linde in the big blind. The flop came {k-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{7-Clubs} and Linde check-called a bet of 3,500 from Perry.

The turn brought the {8-Diamonds} and Linde checked again. Perry continued to fire, this time for 10,500. Linde went for a check-raise to 34,000 but Perry stuck around to see the {a-Spades} on the river.

With the shot clock running down, Linde announced all in for 63,000 and Perry asked for a count. After burning through a time extension, Perry reluctantly made the call. Linde tabled {j-Spades}{10-Clubs} for the nuts and Perry sent his cards to the muck.

Riess Hits an Early Double Up

Level 1 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

With around 50,000 in the middle preflop, the dealer spread the flop of {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}. Ryan Riess had already checked from the hijack and the action was on Ben Tollerene in the cutoff. Tollerene used up one of his time extensions before shoving all in. Riess quickly looked back at his cards and then made the call.

Ryan Riess: {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}
Ben Tollerene: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}

Riess flopped a royal flush draw but it was Tollerene who held the best hand with ace-high. The {4-Diamonds} on the turn was no help to Riess, but the {9-Spades} on the river made him the nut straight. Riess had 72,000 left in front of him and after Tollerene sent the chips his way, he was left with under 20,000.
