Hands #7-10: Chidwick Edging Closer to Pollak

Level 18 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Hand 7: Brian Green opened to 60,000 with the {8-Clubs}{8-Spades} under the gun and Isaac Haxton defended his big blind with the {q-Hearts}{10-Clubs}. A {3-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flop fanned out and Green continued with a bet of 105,000 that Haxton check-called.

The {6-Spades} peeled off on the turn and Haxton check-called once more, this time for 200,000. The {a-Clubs} completed the board and both players checked, Haxton, winning the pot with his pair of tens.

Hand 8: Haxton limped in the small blind with the {q-Clubs}{3-Spades} only to see Green move all in with the {a-Spades}{6-Clubs}. Haxton gave a quick fold.

Hand 9: Jason Koon opened to 45,000 with the {7-Spades}{6-Spades} under the gun and Elijah Berg defended his big blind with the {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}. The flop came down {q-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} and Berg check-folded to a bet of 30,000 from Koon.

Hand 10: Stephen Chidwick raised it up from late position to 40,000 holding the {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} and Jason Koon made the call int he big blind with the {a-Clubs}{4-Hearts}.

A {4-Spades}{7-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} flop was dealt and Koon check-called a bet of 35,000 from Chidwick. The {6-Spades} fell on the turn and Chidwick continued with a bet of 125,000 that Koon folded to.
