Elijah Berg Eliminated in 6th Place ($73,500)

Level 18 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Eli Berg
Eli Berg

Hand 13: Elijah Berg found {A-Spades}{K-Clubs} in the hijack and raised to 60,000. His left-hand opponent Koon flatted {6-Spades}{6-Clubs} and they went heads-up to the {4-Hearts}{7-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop which was one of the better ones for Koon's sixes. Berg continued with a bet of 55,000 and Koon called.

The {5-Spades} turn card was also favourable for Koon but Berg fired the second barrel, making it 150,000 to leave himself with just over 200,000.

Koon called again and the {3-Hearts} river was the best imaginable card Koon could hope for. Not only he made a straight but Berg also caught an inferior wheel at the same time. In a quick fashion, Berg shoved and Koon snapped him off to eliminate him in sixth place for $73,500.
