Brian Green Eliminated in 5th Place ($98,000)

Level 19 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Brian Green

Hand 19: Koon opened to 50,000 again, this time with the {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}. Stephen Chidwick had the {K-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} on the button and he paused for a bit before flatting. Brian Green squeeze-shoved for 270,000 out of the big blind, holding the {A-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. Koon folded but Chidwick had a too good price to fold. He called to put Green at risk.

"This is the week of Chidwick," Green said before the dealer revealed the board. Chidwick smiled back.

The {K-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{5-Spades}{K-Hearts}{A-Clubs} texture was indeed a music to Chidwick's ears and he joked: "You were right. Congratulations." Green was eliminated in fifth place for $98,000 but he left the table in good mood, wishing good luck to the remaining contenders.
