Peters Makes an Appearance Coming Off a Win

David Peters has just made his way into the poker room of the Aria Resort and Casino after finishing off the final table in Event #7. Peters defeated overall leader, Stephen Chidwick, in a heads-up battle to pocket $400,000.
However, with his second-place finish, Chidwick has moved to over $1.2 million in total money earned throughout the series. It is not confirmed yet, but it is nearly a lock for Chidwick to take home the US Poker Open trophy come Sunday. Chidwick has not entered the field yet but is likely to make an appearance shortly.
