Kempe Can't Win a Race

Level 6 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

David Peters opened to 5,000 from the cutoff and Bryn Kenney just flatted on the button. Rainer Kempe pushed all in for his last 60,000 chips out of the small blind and the action was back on Peters. He elected to lay his hand down but Kempe's shove couldn't get through Kenney as he made the call.

Bryn Kenney: {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}
Rainer Kempe: {a-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

It was a race with Kenney holding the pocket pair and Kempe with the two overcards. The board ran out {5-Spades}{2-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{10-Hearts} and Kempe was unable to connect, being eliminated from the tournament.
