We picked up the action on the turn with the board reading 
and both, Daniel Negreanu in the small blind and Keith Tilston under the gun, checked their options.
The 
landed on the river and Negreanu led out for 160,000 into a pot of around 100,000. Tilston thought for a brief moment and then made the call. Negreanu tabled 
for just ace-high while Tilston had not much better, with 
for a pair of deuces. Tilston was able to scoop a sizeable pot and take Negreanu down a notch.
