Perry Starting Off Strong

Level 1 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Laz Hernandez limped in from early position and Ricky Guan called in the cutoff. Sean Perry then raised in the small blind making it 6,000. Both Hernandez and Guan called.

The flop was {9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{3-Clubs} and all three players checked to see the {J-Clubs} on the turn. There, Perry put out a delayed continuation bet of 14,000. Hernandez called while Guan released.

The river was the {K-Diamonds} and Perry fired again, making it 32,000. Hernandez wasted no time folding so Perry took down the pot. He's already more than doubled his starting stack and continues to build on that strong start here on Day 1.
