Aldemir Falls to Zamani

Level 11 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Koray Aldemir
Koray Aldemir

Koray Aldemir opened to 14,000 and was called by Martin Zamani and Jason Koon.

The flop was {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}{9-Spades} and Aldemir led for 24,000. Zamani raised to 100,000 and Koon folded. Aldemir thought for a bit then jammed all in and Zamani snap-called.

Koray Aldemir: {k-Spades}{q-Hearts}
Martin Zamani: {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

Zamani flopped the nuts but Aldemir was still live, drawing to a full house. The turn {6-Spades} and river {6-Hearts} were both bricks though and that meant Aldemir would be eliminated from the tournament.

This also ended Aldemir's shot at competing for the USPO Championship as he can no longer get any points from this event.
