Gytis Juskevicius Eliminated in 8th Place (€15,000)

Level 45 : 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Gytis Juskevicius
Gytis Juskevicius

One hand after he had lost all but the last few chips on the feature table, Gytis Juskevicius limped in from under the gun with 150,000 behind.

While he had done that, the "all-in and call" announcement came from the outer table. Mathieu Lamagnere and Antonio Lopez Del Alamo called on the button and small blind respectively but folded when Pedro Herrera Medina isolated in the big blind with a raise to 1,600,000. Juskevicius called all-in and the cards were turned over.

Gytis Juskevicius: {j-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
Pablo Herrera Medina: {2-Spades}{2-Hearts}

The {a-Spades}{j-Spades}{8-Hearts} flop improved the Lithuanian to a pair of jacks but the {10-Spades} turn and {7-Spades} river gave Herrera Medina a four-card flush, sending Juskevicius to the rail in 8th place.

Enormous Double for Del Pino Against Soules

Level 45 : 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Omar Del Pino
Omar Del Pino

Shortly after the all-in showdown on the feature table that left Gytis Juskevicius with a very short stack, the outer table brought a rather innocent limped flop of {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} that delivered no major action with a small bet by Omar Del Pino and a call by Anthony Soules.

On the {10-Hearts} turn, Del Pino checked and Soules overbet for 3,500,000 in order to pick up a call by Del Pino. The Spaniard checked again the {9-Spades} river and Soules moved all-in near instantly.

Del Pino was sent into the tank and eventually called it off, to which Soules immediately reacted with a dry smile on the face. He tabled the {7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} for the bottom pair only and Del Pino doubled for 8,150,000 with the {k-Clubs}{10-Spades} for two pair.

Lopez Del Alamo Doubles Through Juskevicius

Level 45 : 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Gytis Juskevicius raised to 800,000 on the button and Anonio Lopez Del Alamo defended the big blind. On the {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{j-Spades} flop, the Spaniard checked and Juskevicius bet 1,300,000 into a pot of 2,000,000.

Lopez Del Alamo moved all-in for 3,950,000 after double-checking his cards and was snap-called.

Antonio Lopez Del Alamo: {k-Clubs}{10-Spades}
Gytis Juskevicius: {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

The {9-Spades} turn instantly delivered the straight and the {3-Spades} river bricked off to leave Juskevicius with a severe short stack.

There was not much ado until the {10-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} river on which Rodriguez Sanchez bet 1,200,000. Soules tanked for more than five minutes and eventually called to get shown the {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} as the winning hand by his opponent.

Rodriguez Sanchez Doubles Through Soules

Level 44 : 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante

Anthony Soules was late from the break and Angel Rodriguez Sanchez jammed the button to force a reluctant fold by Pierrick Letalleur in the small blind.

Rodriguez Sanchez then raised to 800,000 and Soules, who had arrived just prior to that, three-bet to 2,700,000 after inquiring about the stack size of his opponent. Rodriuez Sanchez moved all-in and received the call.

Angel Rodriguez Sanchez: {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}
Anthony Soules: {a-Spades}{q-Spades}
