No Call for "Tsunamy"

With a bet and call worth 6,100 already pulled in prior to the 
river, Axel Alain was facing the all-in shove by "Tsunamy". The Spaniard got the last 26,200 in and Alain was deep in the tank as he was covered by a few chips.
Ultimately, the clock was called and Alain said "Full Monsieur?" to which the Spaniard replied that they can only speak English or Spanish at the tables while in the hand. "But you understand," Alain followed up and "Tsunamy" replied "it's a re-entry".
The 30 seconds ticked down without any decision and Alain's cards were dead as he dropped to half the starting stack.
