Following a raise by Sebastien Guidez and a three-bet to 7,500 by Jose Budia Alvarez, the four-bet to 16,500 by Guidez followed. However, the dealer mistakenly tossed the all-in triangle to Guidez who in fact had chips behind and didn't declare all-in.
