Air Good Enough for Joubert
Level 6
: Blinds 300/700, 700 ante
A pot of 22,000 had accrued by the river on a board of Q♣6♠4♠10♥9♦, in a hand between Franck Beau under the gun and Valentin Joubert on the button.
The river was checked through, and Joubert was surprised to see his A♠8♠ was good versus Beau's A♥3♥, Joubert's eight kicker sending him the pot.
