Tremblay Finds Tough River Call
Level 33
: Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Jeremy Chemarin opened to 200,000 under the gun, and Alexis Tremblay defended the big blind.
On the Q♥10♥7♥ flop, Tremblay check-called in the face of a bet of 100,000 from Chemarin.
The 3♥ turn was quickly checked to the 10♦ river, where Tremlay led out with a bet of 175,000.
Chemarin raised to 575,000, and after a bit of thought, Tremblay made the call.
Chemarin showed A♣K♠ for ace-king high, and Tremblay had found the call on a rough board with Q♦J♠.
