Flush for Cauchard to Double
Level 46
: Blinds 350,000/700,000, 700,000 ante
Alexis Tremblay opened to 1,500,000 under the gun with A♣J♦, and Jeremy Cauchard defended the big blind with A♠10♠.
The Q♠Q♦3♥ flop was checked to the 9♠ turn, where Cauchard check-raised to 3,600,000 in the face of a delayed continuation bet of 1,600,000 from Tremblay.
Tremblay took some time to think, and called.
With 11,200,000 in the middle, the J♠ river completed the board.
It gave Cauchard the flush, and Tremblay now picked up a pair to go with the board queens.
Cauchard jammed for 7,200,000, and Tremblay went into the tank.
After around two minutes, Tremblay flicked in a calling chip, and saw the bad news.
