Porter Takes a Hit

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

The board read {8-Spades}{5-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{9-Hearts} and Rep Porter checked over to his lone opponent. Porter's competitor checked back and the {A-Clubs} finished the board on the river.

Porter fired 11,000 on fifth street only to have his opponent come over the top for 31,000 total. Porter thought for a moment before dropping out a call. Porter's opponent showed {Q-Hearts}{j-Hearts} for a heart flush, prompting a muck from Porter. With this hit, Porter's stack is down to about 78,000.

Kaemmerlen Ships on Campanello

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Pete Kaemmerlen opened from early position to an unknown amount and it folded around to Bryan Campanello who three-bet to what looked to be 13,500. Action folded back to Kaemmerlen and he flatted.

The flop came {4-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} and Kaemmerlen checked. Campanello continued out for 15,600 and Kaemmerlen moved all in over the top for approximately 60,000 total. Campanello let his hand go and Kaemmerlen took down the pot.

O'Donnell's Shove Succeeds

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

The player in Seat Two opened for a raise to 2,400 and Kevin O'Donnell flatted one to his left. It was folded to Esther Taylor-Brady on the button who made it 8,000 to go. The original raiser folded and O'Donnell grabbed the amount to call and then announced he was all in as he matched the 8,000 raise Taylor-Brady had made. It was for an additional 72,000 and Taylor-Brady would mutter to herself and think for nearly a minute before letting her hand go.

Massey and Campanello Fall

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Aaron Massey moved all in with {9-}{9-} for his last roughly 10 big blinds and was called by an opponent with {A-}{q-}. Massey's opponent got there, eliminating the 2012 champion from play. He will return on later starting flights for another chance at glory.

Soon after, World Series of Poker bracelet winner Bryan Campanello was also eliminated from play in unknown action.

Baker Hits the Rail

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

We arrived in time to see David "ODB" Baker all in and at risk for approximately 85,000 before the flop against Atm Kibria. Baker held {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} and was in need of help against Kibria's {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}.
