Two Pair for Baker

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

From the hijack seat, David Baker raised to 10,000. Riley Fuller called from the button, and Joseph Skinner called out of the big blind. The flop came down {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{4-Hearts}, and Skinner checked. Baker bet 15,000, Fuller called, and Skinner folded.

The turn was the {5-Clubs}, and Baker fired 30,000. Fuller studied, then called.

The river was the {K-Clubs}, and both players checked.

Baker turned over the {A-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for two pair, and Fuller mucked his hand.

From early position, Maxx Coleman raised to 8,000. Omar Zazay called from the hijack seat, and Olivier Busquet called out of the small blind.

The trio saw the flop come down {10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{5-Spades}, and action checked around to see the {4-Diamonds} come out on the turn. Busquet led with a bet of 16,000, Coleman folded, and Zazay called.

The players are on a 15-minute break now that Level 15 is over. Until about an hour ago, Level 15 was said to be the final level of the evening, but the staff announced that the field would instead play down to 10 percent of the starting field, which is 27 players. There are 46 players left.

Engel Wins Three-Way Pot; Eliminates One

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Ari Engel and Joe Ebanks both called the all-in bet of the player in Seat 3. Both Ebanks and Engel checked, until the river, where the {q-Spades} completed the {8-Clubs}{5-Spades}{q-Hearts}{j-Spades} board. Engel bet 10,000, Ebanks folded, and Engel showed the {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}. That was good enough to win the pot and eliminate Seat 3.
