Gamble Gifted an Early Double
2017 $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo WSOP bracelet winner Nathan Gamble was seen with a huge stack of yellow T1,000 chips in front of him and shared the context of his double.
A player limped in from middle position and Gamble saw action folded to him on the button afterward. He limped behind and both blinds checked, taking action four ways to the flop 
. Both blinds and the player in middle position checked to Gamble, who bet 300 and received two folds and a call from the middle-position player.
The turn came 
and Gamble's last remaining opponent checked to him. He fired another 1,100 forward and his opponent check-raised all in for 21,100. Gamble called.

Gamble's flopped set was ahead of his opponent's turned open-ended straight draw as he found himself needing to fade eight outs for an early double. The river was safe for him, giving him an early double and putting him near the top of the chip counts early in Day 1a.
