Merritt Wins On Turn

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Thomas Johnston limped in from middle position and saw three limps behind him from Ben Keeline in the hijack, Rickie Merritt in the cutoff, and Frank Kirkpatrick on the button. The small blind then completed and the big blind checked his option, taking action to the streets six ways.

The flop came {j-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} and action checked to Keeline, who put out a bet of 2,500. Merritt called directly on his left and all four remaining players folded.

The turn fell {7-Diamonds} and Keeline checked. Merritt threw out a bet of 4,000 and Keeline thought for about 10 seconds and checked his cards. He then lifted his cards up, reached to the middle of the table, and fanned his two cards face-down onto the felt to muck them, resulting in Merritt taking down the pot.
