Charette Doubles by Accident

According to the table, Duff Charette open-shoved for 62,000 from middle position and action was on the player in the small blind. She stood up and asked how much more it was, and the dealer supposedly confirmed it was 58,000 more. Charette also said he was all-in and it was 58,000 more to go. The small blind said she called.
