Event #2 of the World Cup of Cards live from Playground Poker Club in Kahnawake, Quebec has kicked off. Event #2: $170 NL Hold'em Bounty Builder features a $100 bounty for each elimination and a guarantee of CAD 7,500.
When tournament director Martin Roy announced "shuffle up and deal" there were 159 entries. Players start with $20,000 chips and a $100 bounty chips that will be awarded to the player who knocks them out.
Blind levels will be 20 minutes long with registration open until the end of the break following Level 4.
A monster pot between the chip leaders left Yan Nadeau crippled. In the hand before he busted, Nadeau had on a board making a jack-high flush but his all-in opponent, Sebastien Poirier tabled for the second-nut flush.
After a fantastic back-and-forth battle with an all-in situation almost every hand resulting in the chip lead changing hands every few pots, Kenneth Wigfield finally sealed the deal.

The dealer patted the table one last time rolling out a board of and Wigfield's king-high was best earning him the win.
Poirier collected $2,300 for his runner-up finish while Wigfield will take home $3,766. Wigfield also captured 14 bounties on his route to victory adding $1,400 to his score.
