Giesbrecht vs. Rubie

Level 2 : 50/100, 0 ante

Action folded to Brendon Rubie in the cutoff and he opened for 225. Sean Giesbrecht responded with a three-bet to 575 from the small blind, the big folded, and Rubie called to make it heads-up action to the {8-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{8-Clubs} flop, which they both checked.

After the dealer burned and turned the {6-Clubs}, Giesbrecht fired out 750 and Rubie quickly folded. Not much of a hand, but it gave us a good excuse to update you on both their chip counts.
