The Ace is Good Enough

Level 8 : 300/600, 0 ante

On the {3-Diamonds} {8-Hearts} {A-Spades} {6-Hearts} turn, Aaron Lim checked out of the small blind and Daniel Negreanu one seat over bet 7,500 into a pot of 12,000. Initial preflop raiser Antonio Esfandiari folded but Lim made the call to see the {10-Diamonds} on the river. Lim checked and Negreanu checked behind before tabling {A-Hearts} {K-Hearts} {J-Clubs} {9-Clubs}. That was good enough to scoop the pot and boost his stack above average.
