Acevedo Leaves Santos Short-Stacked
Level 37
: Blinds 500,000/1,000,000, 1,000,000 ante
Michael Acevedo opened to 2,000,000 from the button before Jackson Santos, who covered Acevedo slightly, moved all in from the big blind. Acevedo snap-called with his stack of 14,200,000 to put himself at risk.
Michael Acevedo: Q♠Q♦
Jackson Santos: 2♠2♣
Acevedo was in great shape with the bigger pocket pair and remained ahead on the 10♦5♠4♠K♥7♥ runout to secure a full double up through Santos, who was left with just over three big blinds.
