Noah Boeken raised to 210,000 from under the gun with fewer than that behind. Nikolaos Lampropoulos in the big blind eyeballed his table neighbour for a couple of seconds and reraised, Boeken called all-in.

The J♦7♦7♥ flop left Boeken on the verge of elimination as Lampropoulos made quads, as the Dutchman suddenly went from favourite to needing the two remaining queens in the deck. It was all over on the 3♥ turn to make the 10♦ river a formality.

Dan Shak limped in early position before Yuri Dzivielevski limped the cutoff. It was then on Nick Schulman in the small blind who potted it and Shak folded. Dzivielevski took a moment and then opted to come along and see a flop.

The 4♣7♣10♥ flop hit and Schulman moved in. Dzivielevski snap called.

WSOP officials announced the “WSOP Paradise Parlay” by GGPoker, which is a chance for players that cashed in the 2023 WSOP to parlay their summer success into additional cash during 2023 WSOP Paradise.

It’s very simple – if a player earns 10 cashes between the two series, they will receive $5,000; if they make three final tables, they’ll get $25,000; and if they capture two bracelets, well then a hefty $100,000 additional prize awaits!
Support for the WSOP’s new promotion was overwhelmingly positive.

Jonathan West raised the pot to 175,000 first to act and Imad Derwiche called on the button. The flop came J♣10♦8♦ and West moved all-in for what appeared to be 405,000, Derwiche instantly called.

West was marginally ahead with his pair of eights and gutshot broadway draw but already knew he was in trouble. The 7♥ turn changed nothing but the 4♦ river ended his run in 18th place for $43,500.

Eveslage Was Leaving and Then the River Hit

Yuri Dzivielevski opened to 175,000 in middle position before Chad Eveslage three-bet to 600,000 from the cutoff. It folded back to Dzivielevski who moved in and Eveslage called.

The flop ran out Q♣7♦10♥ before the the K♦ landed giving Dzivielevski two pair. Eveslage got out of his seat to leave but then the dealer laid out the 10♦ river giving Eveslage a better two pair and he was right back in his seat.
