Ace-High Holds for Belcher
Level 26
: Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Jovan Kenjic opened 160,000 in middle position and Matas Cikinas three-bet 425,000 in the small blind. Matthew Belcher was in the big blind and jammed for 870,000, forcing Kenjic out while Cikinas made the call.
Matthew Belcher: A♠Q♠
Matas Cikinas: K♥Q♦
The J♣10♦3♣ flop was a sweat for Belcher as Cikinas flopped an open-ended straight draw but the 4♦ turn and 8♣ river were bricks as he raked in the double.
