Hook Takes a Small Hit
Level 28
: Blinds 500,000/1,000,000, 1,000,000 ante
Charles Hook has been chipping up over the last level, and led out for 1,800,000 from the small blind on the 9♣Q♦A♦ flop.
Ryuta Nakai made the call in the big blind, and the dealer flipped over the 2♣ turn. Hook checked to Ryuta, who slid out a bet of 4,600,000.
As the dealer was counting the bet, Hook let his hand go and Ryuta took down the pot.
