Oren Raises the River
Level 15
: 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Joseph Oren opened to 40,000 on the button, and Philip Sternheimer defended his big blind to see the K♥9♠Q♥ flop.
Sternheimer checked to Oren, who continued for 30,000. The call was made, and both players checked through the 2♥ turn.
After taking a moment, Sternheimer led out for 40,000 on the 5♣ river. Oren replied with a raise to 325,000, and Sternheimer used the entire 30-second clock before letting his hand go.
