Grigorii Can't Beat Top Pair

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

The small blind raised it up to 250, and Rodin Grigorii in the big blind made the call.

With {J-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{8-Spades} on the board, the small blind checked to Grigorii. The Ukrainian player bet out 300, and his opponent instantly called. The small blind check-snap-called a 700 bet on the {10-Spades}-turn as well.

The {2-Clubs} completed the board, and both players checked. The small blind tabled {K-Clubs}{10-Clubs}, and Grigorii mucked.

Loeser Pays 4,000

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

With a board of {5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}, the pot was already pretty sizable between Said Kasisi in the big blind, and Manig Loeser in middle position.

asisi bet out a hefty 4,000, and the decision was on Loeser. The German thought about it for some time, and eventually threw four 1,000 chips to the middle.

Kasisi rolled over {A-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for the nut flush, Loeser mucked.

Man Down

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

We just heard the story of Pavel Zuev, today's first elimination.

Zuev limped in from under the gun, and Vyacheslav Stoyanov in middle position isolated. The big blind three-bet, Zuev four-bet to 2,600, and Stoyanov five bet to 7,500. The big blind folded, and Zuev shoved for just a few chips short of 30,000. Stoyanov called.

Vyacheslav Stoyanov: {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}
Pavel Zuev: {J-Spades}{J-Clubs}

The {10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{K-Clubs} board didn't improve either, and Zuev was the first one sent to the rail. The big blind told the table he folded queens. If Zuev is going to re enter is to be seen, for now Vyacheslav Stoyanov, Moldova's number one on the All Time Money List, is leading with about 85,000 in chips.

Chouity Tangles With His Neighbor (Again)

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante
Nicolas Chouity
Nicolas Chouity

Nicolas Chouity and his right hand neighbor have played several pots already today. In one of the first one, Chouity called a four bet in position, but folded to the c-bet on {9-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}. The next resulted in a loss for Chouity though.

On {K-Spades}{6-Clubs}{2-Clubs}, Chouity made a 1,000 bet from the small blind. His opponent on the button raised it up to 2,500, and Chouity called. Chouity check called another 3,500 on the {J-Clubs}-turn, and 6,000 on the {J-Diamonds}-river.

Chouity's opponent showed {Q-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for a flush, Chouity mucked and stared somewhat angry at his phone.

Chouity Caught Red Handed

Level 3 : 75/150, 25 ante

With a flop of {6-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{4-Spades} on the table, both blinds checked to Nicolas Chouity in the hijack. The Lebanese EPT Monte Carlo winner made a bet of 700. The small blind called, the big blind folded.

The small blind lead out 1,500 once the {9-Diamonds} hit the turn, and Chouity made the call.

The {A-Spades} completed the board, and the small blind checked with caution. Chouity fired 2,500, and his opponent made the call after some tanking.

Chouity revealed nothing but a missed gut shot straight flush draw with {6-Hearts}{10-Hearts}, and had to hand over the chips to the small blind who rolled over {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}.
