Telker All In Straight Away

Level 3 : 75/150, 25 ante

Jonathan Little got moved away from his original table and now faces Chris Hunichen and Michael Telker. The latter bet 4,750 into Little on a flop of {6-Hearts} {K-Spades} {8-Diamonds} and was called before moving all in after the {J-Diamonds} turn. Little would have had to invest half of his stack and instead mucked the cards.

Yogo Second on the Rail

Level 3 : 75/150, 25 ante

The details of the elimination escaped us, but Iori Yogo's seat is empty. The Japanese only started the third level with eight big blinds and couldn't spin it up anymore. He will be back tomorrow for Day 1b though and now has time to discover the city, as it is the first trip to Europe for Yogo.

Flipping for Stacks

Level 3 : 75/150, 25 ante

It took only 10 minutes for Chris Hunichen to become the chip leader on Day 1a after sitting down at the start of level three. It was a preflop raising war with fellow American Michael Telker that saw the latter getting into the showdown with pocket eights. Hunichen was all in and at risk for 33,550 with {A-Spades} {K-Clubs} and doubled up with the board running out {A-Diamonds} {4-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} {6-Diamonds} {5-Hearts}.

Telker Spikes Two Outer

Level 3 : 75/150, 25 ante

Michael Telker continued his very active playing style and won some chips before getting it in preflop with pocket queens against pocket kings. The river was a queen and the American only needs one more double up to get back above starting stack. Below that is now Seth Berger, who got moved to the same table.
