Koutoupas Doubles Through Klinger Again

Sotirios Koutoupas opened the button for 18,000 and small blind Josef Klinger three bet to 44,000. The big blind folded, Koutoupas made the call.
The flop came 
and both players checked.
Klinger bet out 70,000 on the 
turn and Koutoupas shoved all in for 291,000 after some thinking. Klinger called rather quickly.
