Leibovitz Takes Pot from Woolf

Dustin Woolf raised to 18,000 under the gun and Gary Leibovitz called from the button. The flop came {4-Diamonds} {2-Clubs} {6-Clubs} and Woolf checked. Leibovitz bet 28,000 and Woolf raised to 74,000. Leibovitz wasted no time in reraising to 160,000, and Woolf went into the tank.

He asked if he could call the clock on himself and when told that he could not, Steve Billirakis did. Woolf carefully deliberated, but time ran out and his hand was mucked.

Gary Leibovitz is up to 405,000 while Dustin Woolf falls to 315,000.

Ken Norman Eliminated in 14th ($15,765)

Ken Norman is all in on the button for 40,500 and Gary Leibovitz calls.

Ken: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}
Gary: {K-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}

The dealer puts out the board extremely fast: {J-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{J-Spades}. Both players stare at it for a moment.

"Do you mind putting out the flop, so I can see if I won?" quips Ken.

Gary has the higher full house after all and takes down the pot. Ken Norman, the former NBA player and local favorite, is eliminated.

Jim Kasputis Jr. Eliminated in 15th ($15,765)

Jim Kasputis Jr. found himself all in with {10-Hearts} {10-Diamonds} and was up against Nick Jivkov's {A-Spades} {K-Clubs}. It was determined that all three remaining kings had been folded, but the board still came out nice for Jivkov, falling {5-Diamonds} {4-Diamonds} {A-Hearts} {8-Diamonds} {A-Clubs}, and felting Kasputis Jr. in 15th.

Nick Jivkov now has almost 300,000.

John Callahan Eliminated in 16th ($13,794)

On a board reading {10-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds} {7-Spades} {K-Spades}, John Callahan moved all in for about 130,000 and was snap-called by Dustin Woolf, who turned up {J-Spades} {8-Spades} for a straight. Callahan was caught bluffing with {A-Clubs} {J-Clubs} and would need to spike a queen on the river to survive. It did not come and Callahan hit the rail in 16th place.

Dustin Woolf now sits with over 500,000.

Johnny Neckar Eliminated in 18th Place ($13,794)

Action folded to Steve Billirakis in the small blind, who took a huge stack of orange chips worth 5,000 each and set Johnny Neckar all in. He quickly called with {K-Clubs} {10-Clubs} and needed to catch up against Steve's {A-Spades} {6-Clubs}. The board rolled out {9-Hearts} {2-Spades} {J-Hearts} {5-Clubs} {9-Diamonds} and Billirakis' ace-high took it down.

Johnny Neckar took home $13,794 for his 18th place finish. Steve Billirakis is now at 380,000.

Clash of the Titans

On a flop of {A-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{4-Spades}, Dustin "Neverwin" Woolf, Steve "mrsmokey1" Billirakis and John Callahan all check. The turn is the {6-Spades} and Neverwin bets 21,000. Billirakis calls and Callahan folds.

The river is the {9-Diamonds} and Neverwin checks. Billirakis bets 37,500 and Neverwin insta-calls. Billirakis has {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds} for top pair, top kicker, but Neverwin has {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for the turned straight. He's now up to 396,000 and Billirakis falls to 311,000.

Kasputis Dispute

On a flop of {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{4-Hearts}, Thomas Koral checked to Shane Stokes, who bet 25,000. Both Jim Kasputis and Koral call.

The turn is the {7-Spades} and everyone checks. The river is the {2-Spades} and it's checked to Kasputis, who bets 40,000. Koral calls and Stokes folds.

Kasputis mucks instantly, giving Koral a win with any hand, and he shows {A-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}. Koral now has 277,000 and Kasputis drops to 117,000.
