Anita Vasquez has been nursing the short stack for quite some time now. Finally, she moved all in for 54,000 and found a caller in Jean Gaspard. Gaspard wasn't the only caller though. Ken "Bama" Christopher took a minute or two in the tank and then made the call as well from the small blind. The big blind, Daniel Walsh, folded.

The two active players in the hand, Gaspard and Christopher checked the action down the entire way as the board ran out {Q-Hearts} {Q-Clubs} {10-Diamonds} {9-Spades} {Q-Diamonds}.

When it was time for a showdown, Christopher turned up {K-Spades} {K-Diamonds}, Gaspard held pocket fives, and Vasquez held {A-Diamonds} {4-Diamonds}. Christopher scooped the pot with queens full of kings and eliminated Vasquez in sixth place.

The last woman standing earned nearly $40,000 for her efforts.
