Brian Meinders was doing rather well to start the day, running his stack up to 40,000 very quickly as his table played short-handed. Once it filled, however, it was all downhill from there. Meinders ran his set into an overset at the tail end of the last level, and he has just been relieved of his remaining stack a moment ago.
Meinders notched two top-ten finishes in short-handed events within just days of each other at the 2010 WSOP, but his well of luck emptied as the table filled today, and he has been sent to the exit.
