Day 1a of the WSOPC Harrah's Atlantic City Main Event has come to a close with around 200 players remaining of the 339 entrants that started the day. Hung Truong leads the field with a mammoth stack of 211,200 after nine levels of play.

Notables Chris Reslock (93,700), "Miami" John Cernuto (26,600), Sirous Jamshidi (28,300), Josh Brikis (66,500), Nicky Frangos (60,700), Mike Sica (9,000), Carter Phillips (26,000) and Mark "Pegasus" Smith (20,000) will return for a Day 2 start.

Chris Tryba, Chad Brown, Matt Keikoan, Drazen Ilich, Bryan Colin and Kenny Nguyen are among those that didn't survive the day. We're betting that we'll be seeing them again at the 7 p.m. flight.
