A player had doubled up Michael Iacovone when his Tens couldn't hold against his opponents Nines. This time it was the other way around for the same player. He held fighting for his tournament life against the of Brian Lemke.
The board ran out and he hit the rail. Lemke, on the other hand, now has 116,000.
Miguel "Zeek" Borrero had plenty of momentum coming in to today's play but the early goings have not been kind to him. We found this hand on a flop of with a 10,000 pot already. Borrero bet out 5,300 and Donovan Darland moved all in for just over 26,000.
Borrero tanked for a while and then quietly let his hand go, shrinking his stack to a little over 30,000. Darland has chipped up to just over 40,000.

As we noted earlier Kevin Saul was seated at the table of death and for lack of a better phrase, it was the death of him. He had become desperately short-stacked and was left with only a blind or two on his last hand. He committed the last of his chips without looking at his cards and found six callers.
Saul held and an opponent flopped top pair, top kicker and eliminated Saul.
