With several events yet to be determined, the race for the WSOP Circuit Harrah’s New Orleans Casino Champion is undetermined, though Robert Cote is currently in the lead with 67.5 points after nothing second and third-place finishes.. Whoever captures that title, along with the eventual winner of the Main Event, will automatically qualify for the Second Annual $1 Million National Championship. Here's a look at the players who have qualified:
Two-time ring winner Loni Harwood, who captured her second title earlier at this stop, open-shoved for 29,600 from the hijack and was called by the lady on the button.

It was a classic race with Harwood looking to hold. That's exactly what she did as the board ran out , giving her the double to 63,000.
Remember the ESPN broadcast of the 2009 World Series of Poker when Darvin Moon checked the nuts on the river and received a one-round penalty? It happens more than you think on the Circuit, and it recently happened at Moon's table, though this time he was the beneficiary.
We're not sure of the hand, but we do know that Jerry Monroe, the IP Biloxi Main Event Winner from early this year, was last to act in a hand against Moon and checked the nuts. He was promptly issued a one-round penalty while Moon and his table mates reminisced about the very same situation from back in 2009.
Terry Kim was recently eliminated from the tournament after he was all in preflop holding and racing against the of his opponent. Unfortunately for Kim, the board would run out dry and he made a hasty exit from the tournament floor.
Nancy Todd opened the action with a raise, Sam Barnhart moved all in with his short stack, the big blind called and Todd completed the action. Barnhart was all in and the other two had a side pot to be into.
The flop fell and both active players checked. The turn came , Todd bet 10,000 and the big blind called. The river came , Todd bet 15,000 and the big blind folded. Todd took the side pot, tabled and Barnhart stood up to table on his way out of the tournament.
Maurice Hawkins is the first player we've found to cross the 300,000 mark. He also informed us that his mother is following along from home. We know we're a week late for Mother's Day but we'd like to give his mom a 300,000 chip smile.
We just learned that Kai Landry has been eliminated from the tournament. His demise came after he got all in with only to run into the of his opponent.
Meanwhile, "Cowboy" John Land, who is also seated at the table, has taken a hit to his once big chip stack, though he is still sitting with an average stack of 80K.
