Nguyen Succumbs

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Action folded to a short-stacked Huy Nguyen on the button and he moved all in for his last 7,300. Chris Savage, one of our chip leaders here on Day 2, was in the small blind and made the call. David Weinstein was in the big blind and opted to move all in over the top for 13,200 more, and Savage made a reluctant call to put both his opponents at risk.

Showdown

Nguyen{J-Spades}{9-Hearts}
Weinstein{Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}
Savage{K-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}

The {2-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} flop wasn't particularly interesting, but the {9-Clubs} turn did give Nguyen some hope. Unfortunately for him, it was extinguished when the {10-Hearts} blanked on the river. Weinstein more than doubled on the hand while Nguyen made an early exit.
